Custom orders usually take 5 to 7 days to make, depending on different factors. Please add the shipping time to your delivery planning, and feel free to check in with me anytime.

If you have a deadline, please contact me before ordering so I can see if I can meet it.
Address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. I can’t be responsible for orders delivered to the address you provide, even if it’s incorrect. If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect address, you’ll need to pay for shipping again to resend it.
If you notice your address is wrong after ordering, please contact me right away with the correct details.
Returns
I can’t accept returns, but if you’re not happy with your order, I’ll do my best to make things right. I value my happy customers and hope you’ll be one of them.
International Shipping
If you need shipping outside the US and your country isn’t listed, just send me a message. I’m happy to update the item so I can ship to most countries.
